How are my products customized?

All of our products are customized using artificial intelligence and proven scientific research- specifically for natural hair types. With the help of data scientists, cosmetic chemists, and curly hair experts, we curate the perfect products for your natural hair needs. 

Are all of your products really curly method approved?

Yes! All of our ingredients are curly girl method approved. We only choose the most premium of ingredients for our formulations to ensure your curls look and feel the best that they can. Our formulas are all free of sulfates, parabens, silicones, phthalate, and BS- your curls deserve only the best. 

How do you choose the ingredients for my products?

As naturals, we know the struggle of finding the right products for your curly hair goals and needs. This is why we are passionate about only choosing ingredients that are beneficial for you not just in the short term, but in the long run as well. Our mission is to encourage you to love and cherish your hair by offering you only the best ingredients on the market to treat your crown. We work with cosmetic chemists and curly hair experts to ensure you receive only the best formulation for your natural hair. 

Shipping

When can I expect to receive my CURLē package?

Here's how it works: you order, we formulate, and then we ship! Formulating and processing typically takes 2-4 business days from the time of your order. Depending on the shipping of your choice, products can take up to 4 business days to ship.

*Note: Due to COVID19, please expect delivery times to be delayed. We are working closely with our partners and carriers to ensure your CURLē can reach you as quickly as possible.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only offer our products in the United States, though we are actively working on expanding our offerings to other countries. 

 

Order Cancellation

Can my order be canceled? 

We strive for the speedy processing of your orders and since your products are made for you, we only accept cancellations up to 2 hours after your purchase. 

How can I cancel my order?
